The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to substitute the petitioners Harsh Lund, Shakthi, Muktha and Rajesh Lund as the legal representatives in the place of petitioner viz.,Shri Pahilajrai Lund (deceased) in W.P.No.24637 of 2021.

2. There is no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents to allow this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
