This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to adjust the petitioner's 8,88,898 banked units of value of Rs.24,88,914.40/- banked with the second respondent, towards the monthly Current Consumption Bill of the petitioner at their factory at No.24, Padalam Sugar Mill Road, Palayanur Village, Maduranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu-603 308 bearing HTSC.No.099094110187 maintained with the third respondent.

2. Heard Mr.C.S.Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Madhusuthanan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.The issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the earlier orders passed by this Court wherein this Court made it clear 2/4

that the respondents will have to adjust the current consumption charges from the security deposit that is already available with the respondents. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also submitted that such adjustments will be made from the refundable security deposit that is available in the account of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to adjust the current consumption charges from the banked units which is already available with the second respondent, until the entire amount is exhausted.
