Crl.M.P No.10654 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No.12756 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH.J The petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12756 of 2019 on 04.06.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12756 of 2019 on 04.06.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month. The petitioner shall also regularly appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing. If the reporting date falls on a hearing date, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the next day.
