This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the sentence passed in Na.Ka.No.1777 of 2002/A7 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur dated 31.03.2023.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondents and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
