This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2019 and 17.05.2019 and pay the additional charge allowance to the petitioner within the time limit prescribed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that while he was working as a General Manager, District Industries Centre, Dharmapuri, he was also holding additional post of General Manager, District Industries Centre, Krishnagiri. Therefore, as per Tamil Nadu Fundamental Rules 49, the petitioner is entitled to additional pay. In this regard the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent on 14.02.2019 and 17.05.2019 and the same has not been considered by the respondents.

3. Since limited relief is sought, the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated and pass Order on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
