This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.151 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.151 of 2014 is almost completed and chemical examiner's report is awaited, and if some time is granted, the police will complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Recording the same, three months time is granted to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.151 of 2014 and either file a charge sheet or closure report as the case may be.
