O R D E R

This petitioner was arrested in P-3 Vysarpadi Police Station Crime No.246 of 2018 and was granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.10520 of 2018 on 05.07.2018, on condition that he should report before the respondent Police daily at 05.30 p.m. Challenging the said condition, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested in H-1 Washermenpet Police Station Crime No.339 of 2018 and Manali New Town Police Station Crime No.117 of 2018, wherein, he has been enlarged on bail, on condition that he should report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri. Hence, he submitted that the present condition may also be modified.

4.It is seen that in those two cases, the petitioner has been directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri at 10.30 a.m., but whereas, in this case, he has been directed to appear before the respondent Police at 05.30 p.m. In such view of the matter, this is not a fit case to modify the said condition.
