ORDER

(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Review Application has been filed seeking to review the judgment dated 22.04.2021 passed by this Court in W.A.No.731 of 2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this review application, with liberty to the applicant to approach the Government with necessary petition for consideration. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for granting such liberty to the applicant.
