JUDGMENT

The respective learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant and the respondent would submit that the issues between the parties have already been settled. In this regard, memorandum for withdrawal has been filed by the appellant in USR.No.11967 dated 24.03.2025 before this Court. Thus, the appellant has chosen to withdraw the appeal suit by filing the aforesaid memorandum.

Accordingly, the First Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 3.

In view of the withdrawal of the First Appeal on account of settlement of issues between the parties, the Registry is directed to refund the Court fee by following the Rules in force.
