ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the father of one R. Gururaja, aged about 33 years. According to the petitioner, the said Gururaja, was found missing from 27.12.2009 onwards. In respect of the same, on a complaint made by the petitioner, a case was registered by the second respondent in Cr.No.286 of 2010, but the detenu has not been traced. This is the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, he has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all efforts are being taken to find the location of the detenu and the investigation, so far conducted, revealed that there is no illegal detention.

In view of the above, we are closing the Habeas Corpus Petition, however, with a direction to continue the investigation.
