The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service in the cadre post of Forest Watcher notionally by giving relaxation in respect of height as was done for the similarly placed persons namely V.Chinnavan and 11 others on 20.04.2022 with effect from 24.01.1995 for the purpose of getting pension by considering their representations dated 12.11.2024, 07.03.2025 in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.9708 of 2014 dated 2/6
12.09.2014 same was affirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.NO.1703 of 2014 dated 20.01.2015, and similar case was implemented by the first respondent in G.O.(2D)No.48, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(II)) Department dated 07.04.2022 all consequential benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have joined as Plot Watcher, and Social Forestry Worker respectively in the respondent department on different dates. In this connection, the 1st petitioner has given a representation on 12.11.2024, and the 2nd to 5th petitioners have given a representation on 07.03.2025 seeking regularization on par with his juniors, and such representations are yet to be considered by the respondents.
4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representations of the petitioners within a reasonable time. 3/6

In view of the above submission, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the 1st petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2024 and 2nd to 5th petitioners' representation dated 07.03.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
