In the counter affidavits filed by the respondents, it has been denied that the petitioner is sought to be forcefully evicted. Thus, the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are not true.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
