Ka.A1/ 1119/ 2023 /SBMG dated 29.05.2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to place the petitioner in the same post she has held before relieving from the service and renew the services rendered by her and direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to adhere to the direction of the 2nd Respondent issued vide Na.Ka.No.Aa1/2322/2011/T.P.E. dated 28.10.2021 and credit the monthly remuneration payable to the Petitioner from the PFMS directly to the bank account of the petitioner again as done earlier.
