O R D E R

The Tr.C.M.P is filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.550 of 2016 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The respondenthusband filed H.M.O.P.No.550 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court,

Madurai for dissolution of marriage solemnized between the petitioner and respondent on 18.02.2008.

By order of this Court, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court, Madras. Before the Mediation Centre, the parties have resolved their disputes and had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 12.09.2017. The petitioner-wife and the respondent-husband signed in the said Memorandum of Understanding.

3. The learned counsels appearing for both sides have stated that the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall be disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Understanding. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, recording the said Memorandum of Understanding dated 12.09.2017. The Memorandum of Understanding dated 12.09.2017 and the Mediation Report dated 12.09.2017 of the Mediation Centre, shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.10.2017 srn
