This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/sole accused in the event of his arrest in S.C.No.180 of 2011 in Crime No. 40 of 2011 pending trial on the file of Sub Court, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an accused in S.C.No.180 of 2011 pending trial on the file of Sub Court, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District and he did not appear before the trial Court on 20.01.2021. Therefore, Non-bailable warrant was issued.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that Non-bailable warrant was issued in S.C.No.180 of 2011 for non appearance of the petitioner on 20.01.2021 before the trial Court.

sli 4.In the circumstances stated, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the learned Sub Judge, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District, with petitions to surrender and recall of non-bailable warrant.
