This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead M.Premkumar, as a petitioner to continue W.P.No.9013/2018, consequent to the death of S.N.R.Balasubramaniam, who claims to be the Vice President of the Cine Technicians Association.

2. M.Premkumar claims to be the Secretary of the said Association.

3. Since it would only be appropriate that the writ petition is heard on merits and there is some individual representing the petition, the petition stands allowed.

4. Registry to carry out necessary amendment.

5. The amendment to be carried out by 19.12.2022.
