This writ petition is filed for writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai-104 relating to the Award in I.D.No.930/2001 dated 29.09.2010 and consequential award in C.P.No. 60/2016 dated 25.01.2018 and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for both sides present.

3. It is reported by the learned counsel for both sides that the matter has been settled in mediation. Mediation report is received. Mediated settlement agreement in the form of joint compromise memo is enclosed. The terms of settlement shall form part of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the mediated settlement agreement. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
