This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Cum Session Judge, Tiruppur and quash the same against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial was conducted in Spl.C.C.No. 6 of 2019 and the petitioner was acquitted of all the charges. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
