O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the office bearers election for Asiad Colony Flat Owners Welfare Association, Asiad Colony, Thirumangalam, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 27.11.2024.

2. Heard Ms.S.Pavithra, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent 2/4

association is not conducting election and the office bearers are not properly elected and there are some irregularities committed and therefore, the petitioner wants the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint an adhoc committee to conduct enquiry.

4. In the considered view of this Court, in every flat association, there is one problem or the other. If the District Registrar is going to deal with the internal problems of flat association, he will not have any time to do his official duties. Hence, in a dispute of this nature, the only option available is to approach the civil Court and seek for appropriate remedy. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court and seek for appropriate remedy. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.06.2025 Index: yes/no Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order gm N.ANAND VENKATESH, J gm 3/4
