ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the dated 20.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for permission to complete the course and for issuance of completion certificate. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In the considered view of this Court, no cause of action or even part of cause of action, has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Just because, the petitioner is residing in Chennai, does not mean that a writ petition can be entertained by this Court. The petitioner has to necessarily go before the concerned Court which has jurisdiction over respondents 1 and 2. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the concerned Court and seek for the appropriate remedy.
