ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021.

2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the life member of Anna Nagar Islamic Centre [in short 'Islamic Centre'] which was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1975 on 27.11.2013. The said Islamic Centre is comprising https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two Committees namely, Masjid Javeed - Mosque Committee and Madarasa Subulus Salam - Madarasa Committee. The Islamic Centre did not provide fund for common cause and did not submit the annual statement to the respondents. Hence, the petitioner made representation dated 23.04.2021 to the respondents and since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021, within a reasonable time frame.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
