ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12966 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025, that the petitioners shall stay at Kanyakumari, report before the Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Town Police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12966 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025, that the petitioners shall stay at Kanyakumari, report before the Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Town Police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, is relaxed.
