Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". The learned counsel for the appellant once again seeks an adjournment for taking steps.

The second appeal is of the year 2021. As seen from the earlier proceedings of this Court, several adjournments have been granted by this Court to the learned counsel for the appellants for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fifth appellant as well as fifth respondent. Till date, no such steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellants. It can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the appeal. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs. C.M.P.No.6531 of 2021 is closed.
