This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioners shall sign before the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders imposed by this Court dated 26.05.2023 in Crl.MP.No.6976 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.6322 of 2023 and permit the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6976 of in Crl.OP.No.6322 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
