By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has applied for issuance of a legal heir certificate for her deceased mother Late Lakshmi and the matter is pending in terms of the decree of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alanthur in O.S.No.683 of 2015. 3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
4.The 1st respondent is now directed to dispose of the petitioner's application for issuance of the legal heir certificate as requested within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
