PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate NO.III, Puducherry to proceed the complaint dated 14.09.2015 filed in Crl.MP. O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that, though he had filed a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the jurisdictional magistrate on 14.09.2015, the orders are yet to be passed on the same.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the present petition, there shall be a direction to (*)the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry to proceed with the complaint dated 14.09.2015 filed in Crl.MP. No.2573 of 2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
