(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 02.12.2024 made in W.A.No.3395 of 2024.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that already orders have been complied with, as the suspension order passed against the petitioner has been reviewed. The plea of the petitioner to withdraw or revoke the suspension order has been rejected, and the same has been communicated by order dated 04.04.2025. A copy of the said order is also annexed in the typed set filed by the petitioner.

3. When that being the position, we cannot take it as a contemptible action and therefore, the contempt petition is to be closed. Accordingly, it is closed.

4. However, closing of the contempt petition will not preclude the 2/4

petitioner from challenging the order dated 04.04.2025, if he is advised to do so in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected sub-application is also closed.
