O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willfully and wantonly disobeying the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 made in W.P.No.8700 of 2016, under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, directed the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. On receipt of the such representation, the first respondent was directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Pursuant to which, the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 in W.P.No.8700 of 2016 has been duly complied with by the second respondent therein, as per the direction of the respondent herein. In support of his contention, he placed before this Court the proceedings of the second respondent dated 19.08.2025, along with all the relevant records.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the said submission.
