ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the Respondent herein for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the Judgment and Final Order dated 29.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2982 of 2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer dated 03.07.2025 was placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order is illegal on the face of it, since no enquiry was conducted and the relevant documents were not taken into consideration.

4. In the considered view of this Court, it is not possible for this Court to go into the legality of the order passed by the District Revenue Officer. It is left open to the petitioner to file a writ petition questioning the same. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed.
