Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondent from any manner interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the premises bearing Door No.25, East Kalmandapam, Royapuram, Chennai 13, except by due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents from any manner interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the premises bearing Door No.25, East Kalmandapam, Royapuram, Chennai 13, except by due process of law.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner was a licensee in respect of the Door No.25 and he has already vacated the premises. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
