2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that the original impugned order is not available with the petitioner and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant portion of Paragraph 2 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '2. I state that the original proceedings of the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.Form III (Rule 6(1) dated 11.07.2024 is not available and however xerox copy of the same is produced. Unless the same is dispensed with I will be put to much hardship and loss.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
