This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11149 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner has not observed with the conditions after 06.06.2023.

3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was arrested in another case in Crime No.254 of 2023 on 07.06.2023 and detained in prison and he was released on bail only on 12.07.2023. Therefore, he was not able to comply with the conditions.
