Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2, 3 and 4 to survey the land to make necessary entries in the revenue records and to issue patta by entering the name of the petitioner in the village Accounts and Talk Accounts in respect of land in S.No. 28/1, 31/2D2, 28/2A and 603/8 in respect of 1.12 cents, 0.88 cents, 10 cents along with motor and other utilities and 398 square feet respectively in U.Kalamaruthur Village, Ulundurpet, consequent to the Gift Deed dated 27.03.2024 issued in favour of the Petitioner dated 28.05.2024 to respondents.

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2, 3 and 4 to survey the land to make necessary entries in the revenue records and to issue patta by entering the name of the petitioner in the village Accounts and Talk Accounts in respect of land in S.No. 28/1, 31/2D2, 28/2A and 603/8 in respect of 1.12 cents, 0.88 cents, 10 cents along with motor and other utilities and 398 square feet respectively in U.Kalamaruthur Village, Ulundurpet, consequent to the Gift Deed dated 27.03.2024 issued in favour of the Petitioner dated 28.05.2024 to respondents.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 26.02.2024 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner 2/4

dated 26.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
