In this writ petition, the challenge is to a general body meeting convened by the society. The grievance expressed is with regard to admission of new members.

Admittedly, meeting has been convened and new members have been elected and they have assumed office on 19.05.2013. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
