O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2023, in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner a residential plot in MIG Plot No.7, measuring with an extent of 2400 Sq.ft in Block No.4, Gudalur scheme vide letter No.AL8/9326/09 was allotted to the petitioner by the first respondent on 30.10.2009. The petitioner paid the entire tentative cost of the plot as per the terms of the allotment order.

3.The officers of the first respondent also issued no due certificate to the petitioner on 05.04.2013. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 17.03.2023, requesting the respondents to execute a sale deed in respect of the plot mentioned above and the same has not been considered by the competent authority namely, the second respondent till date. 4.In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits, is inclined to issue a direction to the 2/4

second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2023 on merits and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
