Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment in Survey No.92/2A of Vanduvancheri Village, Vedharanyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District made by the 6th respondent, based on the representation dated 27.01.2025 within a time that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner, as we find from the reply of official respondents, herself is an encroacher. In the rejoinder, this fact has not been disputed, but only an attempt has been made to justify such encroachment.
2. In any case, reply of official respondents shows that obstruction in access leading to Primary Health Centre has otherwise been removed. Therefore, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
