ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 399 of IPC, in Crime No.701 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have been prepared to commit dacoity . Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18777 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's bail petition , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
