ORDER

[Order of the court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J.,] The petitioner is the husband of one Mrs.S.Sathikumari. They have got a child by name, Master Adarsh, aged about 7 years. According to the petitioner, Mrs.S.Sathikumari has been found missing from 16.10.2016 onwards. This is the grievance of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Sathikumari was produced before this Court by the respondent Police. The detenue has stated that, she went out of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the matrimonial home, on her own accord and now, she has returned. The said statement is recorded.
