2. Pursuant to the terms agreed between the parties, the Registrar General, High Court of Madras has to hand over four (4) Bank Guarantees of Rs.25 Lakhs each, (described in Annexure B to the compromise memo) and a Bank Guarantee of Rs.1/- Crore lying with the Sole Arbitrator (described in Annexure C to the compromise memo).

3. In the absence of specific directions to release the funds, as agreed between the parties in the compromise memo, the learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the Registrar General, High Court of Madras is not releasing the funds. Therefore, the Registrar General, High

Court of Madras is directed to release four (4) Bank Guarantees of Rs.25/- Lakhs each to the respondents as agreed between the parties in Clause (5) of the Joint Compromise Memo.

4. The Registrar General, High Court of Madras shall hand over the aforementioned Bank Guarantees forthwith, without causing any delay. [S.M.S., J.] [N.M., J.] 19.12.2024 Jeni Note : Registry is directed to issue order copy on 19.12.2024.
