This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025

The petitioner is the owner of the property in S.No.96/1 part and part 97 at Chengalpattu District, Pallavaram Taluk, Gaulbazzar Village, Gaulbazzar main road, Anna High Road, Velayutham Garden, having purchased the same under a registered sale deed dated 01.02.2025, the petitioner obtained planning permission for erecting a superstructure in the said property. The petitioner states that adjacent to the plot there was drainage system, whereon, a flagpole and MGR statue were erected. The petitioner states that due to the erection of the flagpole and the statue, ingress and egress to his property was obstructed and so the 2/5
petitioner was unable to bring the construction materials into his property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 21.04.2025 to the respondents, but till date no action is taken. Hence the petitioner filed the above writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 3 to 5. I perused the materials available on record. With consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that the petitioner's representation is kept pending for more than two months, I am inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
