PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.11.2019 & 15.08.2019 in the light of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court I, Tindivanam (FAC) in Crl.M.P.Nos.2969 & 2968 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 and proceed with the investigation.

instructions, submitted that on the complaints given by the petitioner, a case in Crime Nos.1089 & 1090 of 2021 have been registered on 29.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 447 & 506(ii) of IPC and the same is under investigation. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
