This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7589 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11581 of 2022 on 17.06.2022, that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
