Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, viz., to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, has been granted, and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition today.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
