This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in FIR.No.514 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Today, Mr.S.Anbalagan, Inspector, Team XVI, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chenani-600 007 is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.514 of 2012 is almost completed and if three months time is granted, the same will be completed.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.514 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or charge sheet as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
