The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the respondent/husband in O.P.No.59 of 2022 from the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, Chengalpattu District to the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, Kancheepuram District.

2. The perusal of the records discloses that both the Courts are within the judicial district of Kancheepuram. This Court is not inclined to entertain petition for transfer seeking intra district transfer, when petitioner has remedy before the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram with proper application for transfer.
