This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners in para (7) in Crl.O.P.No.14070 of 2024 by an order dated 05.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14070 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024, with a condition that "the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.213 of 2023 and on such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on interim anticipatory bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai". He further submit that the petitioner had paid a total payment of Rs.57,79,469/- on account of various heads which includes interest, service charges, stock difference by way of bank transaction and the copy of the bank statement was enclosed herewith. drl to mobilize the fund, the petitioners could not able to deposit the condition amount. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the intervener also concedes the same.

4. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, this Court finds no merits in this petition, hence, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are directed to comply the conditions passed in Crl.OP.No.14070 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
