Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the Petitioner as Forester on par with his junior Mr.B.Rajan, by including his name in the panel for the year 2012-2013 by considering the representation dated 07.05.2021 in accordance with law within time frame.

O R D E R

This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission considering the fact that the Petitioner's representation starting from 11.12.2017 ending with 07.05.2021 have not received attention of the Respondents.

2. Appearing on behalf of the Respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that the Respondents will consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 07.05.2021 of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 07.05.2021 of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Petitioner's juniors were promoted earlier than the Petitioner, than the Respondents shall ensure that clarity is maintained and the Petitioner had placed higher in the seniority.

4. This writ petition is disposed with the above direction. No costs.
