COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner in all the Criminal Revision Cases seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Cases and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel submitted that the matter is pending from the year 2013 and charges yet to be framed. Since the petitioners are age old people, they are not in a position to appear before the Trial Court regularly and hence, their appearance may be dispensed with.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioners are permitted to appear before the Trial Court as and when required by the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
