ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders', in Crl.OP.No.12711 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12711 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
