(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The parties have entered into a settlement and a full and final settlement agreement has also been filed before us. As per the agreement the employee has waived his right of reinstatement upon receipt of a lump sum payment of Rs.2,00,000/- in excess of Rs.5,00,000/- ordered by the Court. It is stated that the entire Rs.7,00,000/- has been paid over to the employee.
